Obviously Mike Geary isn’t satisfied with giving you a book that spells quality, he has also included bonuses and believe me, there are a whooping SEVEN of them. More interesting is the fact that you do not need to download the bonuses separately as they are already built into the eBook itself. These bonuses cover other aspects of the program like the full body stretching routine, hot weight loss tips, drinks you’ll need like smoothies as well as routines like stair exercises. That isn’t all; you’ll also get a fat loss program lasting for 8 weeks based on the dumbbell bodyweight fusion. Global Health and Fitness Membership is also available for you as an incentive.

You can also take advantage of the trial which lasts for 21 days for a small fee of $4.95. The balance of $35 is only payable after the trial period and believe me, this is a kill because it is a one off fee.

The Downsides

Of course, the book has a couple of ‘sore points’ but funny enough that had to do with the amount of facts available in the volume. This can be circumvented by printing the book. Again, there was no table of contents contained in the first few pages. A table of contents is supposed to make it easy to get to any part of the book.
